Returns and Exchanges
At Harmonie Design, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a simple and clear return policy to assist you.
Return Conditions

Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
The original packaging, labels, and any included accessories must also be returned with the product. -
Non-Eligible Products:
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. -
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@harmonie.design. We will cover the return costs and replace the product.

Return Preparation:
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. -
Shipping:
Return the product to the address provided. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
